About the P3000
The P3000 is an automated production can roast full batches in under 7 minutes. This equates to over 25 kg per hour or more than 500 kg per week, with a batch size of 1–3 kg, all within a compact design. This enables scalable operations without compromising quality. Gain detailed insights with 15+ precision sensors, airflow tracking, a color-tracking-ready camera, and microphones for first crack detection, alongside adaptive roast profiles and automated between-batch protocols that ensure consistent results every time.
