Counterflow mode
Counterflow mode redefines roasting efficiency by reversing the drum’s airflow for direct, high-impact heat transfer.
Roast double the beans in nearly half the time, or lower your temperatures for smoother development and cleaner flavor. Save energy, protect your coffee from scorching, and match the performance of large-scale production roasters

Standard mode: Drum rotates so beans tumble away from airflow inlet. Indirect heat transfer—similar to S200/L200 Plus roasting style.
Counterflow mode: Drum reverses direction. Beans tumble directly into airflow path—just like our P3000 production roaster.
