Level up with the P3000

Discover the scalable add-ons we are currently designing to unlock P3000’s full potential.

TWO ADD-ONS IN THE WORKS:

Afterburner and Automated Feeder

Together with the P3000, they create an automated roasting ecosystem: compact, fully electric, and hand-built in Norway.

Note from the development

The Afterburner and Automated Feeder are currently in the prototype phase.

Afterburner

A clean-air stage, built for the P3000

The Afterburner cuts emissions while using far less energy than conventional designs. It features a platinum-based catalyst that converts particles, odors, and VOCs in the exhaust into harmless carbon dioxide and water.

It is designed to communicate directly with the P3000 roaster, adjusting its energy use in real-time based on roasting conditions. As a result it lowers operating costs and supports more sustainable roasting.

Technical specs - Afterburner

Dimensions 452 × 448 × 633 mm (W × D × H)
Weight 25 kg
Voltage 220–240 V
Power consumption 3.1 kW
Venting Connects to an external exhaust system; not for indoor venting

Automated Feeder

Technology that does the heavy lifting

The Automated Feeder is a heavy-duty, floor-standing unit designed to sit on the ground and reduce the lifting and weighing the roaster has to do. It automatically weighs out batches with high precision, then uses a vacuum to load the beans into the hopper of the P3000. This enables full automation of the roasting process—from a sack of green coffee, to roasted beans in a bucket.

It's also engineered to work as the table and base for the P3000: the roaster sits on top, and a door on the top surface opens for loading green beans. The result is a stacked, space-saving design that keeps your whole setup in a single, compact footprint.

Technical specs - Automated Feeder

Dimensions 885 × 691 × 907 mm (W × D × H)
Weight 120 kg
Voltage 220–230 V (110 V version in development)
Power consumption 1.5 kW
Function Automatically weighs batches with high precision and uses a vacuum system to load green beans into the P3000 hopper
