  • CB certification covering Europe and selected countries is now underway, and we are prioritizing shipping to European customers.

  • Shipping is made-to-order, so units will be shipped in the order in which the full payment is received. Current lead time for three-phase is 3-4 months and for single-phase is six months.

Terms

Please note that duties, taxes and fees may be charged at delivery by your local customs office. ROEST is produced in NORWAY and we ship with CET1. Please check with your customs office to see if any import fees will be added.

The software component is provided as an integral part of the roaster hardware. However, for importation and accounting purposes, separate invoices shall be issued to distinctly reflect the costs attributable to the hardware and software.

Certifications

ROEST Production Roaster has undergone testing for electrical safety and EMC under the European Conformity for Electrical Safety (CE Marking). The importer (buyer) is responsible for conformity with regulations in the destination country outside of the European Union/EFTA. We can assist with clarifications.
