We’re excited to welcome Julien Joy, KAM Europe & UK at Cata Export, to the brew bar. He’ll be joined coffee producers Jhonatan Gasca from world famous ZARZA as well as rising stars Franky Hoyos and Jeffry Motta who will be making their European debut.
Julien will be brewing the following coffees:
CATA x ZARZA - Our exclusive range designed by CATA & Jhonatan. As CATA was the first company to discover, develop and reveal ZARZA to the world back in 2022, this range is a tribute to our friendship and hard work that has been over the years.
GANSITO - another CATA exclusive produced by Franky Hoyos and that has already found its place in top roasteries such as DAK and started in competitions across the world.
MOTTA - A Selection of innovative brews from promising producer Jeffry Motta who is destined for great things.

Cata Export is an award winning green coffee company established in 2019 that has been on the forefront of coffee innovation, quality and traceability since day 1.
