Joins us for a session where Gabriele Pezzaioli, head Barista & roaster at Ga.pe Coffee, will be brewing coffees used in the Italian national championships!

  • Wilton Benitez of Granja 92, an Orange bourbon variety used by Talal Bitar to win the 2025 Italian Czeve/Ibrik national competition

  • SL28 variety used by Garbriele Pezzaioli for the Italian Brewers Cup competition, placing second

Gabriele Pezzaioli, Head Barista & roaster at Ga.Pe Coffee

Barista and roaster, Gabriele is the 2024 Italian Brewers Cup Champion and 2025 runner-up. He brings storytelling and precision to the stage — and to every cup served at Checchi Brunch & Specialty Coffee, his specialty brunch spot in Brescia. With Ga.Pe Coffee, he roasts coffees designed to move people, whether on stage or behind the bar.
