Kris is the founder and roaster behind Tilted Coffee, an independent specialty roaster based in Cheshire, UK. Inspired by Scandinavian coffee culture, Tilted focuses on single-origin coffees roasted for clarity and balance, working beautifully as filter, batch brew, or modern espresso. Kris roasts on the Roest P3000 and placed 2nd at the UK Best Roaster Competition 2026 at Glasgow Coffee Festival, competing blind against ten roasters in a peer-assessed format. At World of Coffee Brussels, Kris is on the ROEST stand, brewing and talking about what the P3000 makes possible
