We’re excited to share coffee from Aviary Coffee, a roastery based in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. Aviary is the roasting project of coffee industry consultant and green coffee buyer Christopher Feran. While we’re sad that Christopher will not be joining us in Bangkok, we are very excited to be able to share a special sold out coffee from the 2026 season, roasted on a ROEST P3000.
