We’re excited to welcome Yancy Pérez of Finca La Senda, to the brew bar at World of Coffee Brussels!

Yancy, alongside Jula, will be brewing the following coffees:

  • Geisha Champagne Yeast
    A natural Geisha fermented with Champagne yeast, offering floral aromas, tropical fruit notes, and elegant sweetness.

  • Pache Champagne Yeast
    A natural Pache fermented with Champagne yeast, with bright fruit notes, juicy sweetness, and a balanced profile.

  • Pache Mosto Salvaje
    A natural Pache fermented using a starter culture developed from a previous fermentation, bringing extra fruit complexity and sweetness to the cup.

About Yancy Pérez

Together with her parents, María Eugenia Escobar and José Arnoldo Pérez, we run Finca La Senda, a family-owned specialty coffee farm in Acatenango, Guatemala.

At the farm, we focus on producing small lots of high-quality coffee using carefully controlled and extended fermentations. We love exploring innovative processing methods while staying true to our origin and highlighting the character of each variety.
