In this session, Ibrahim will share how The Espresso Lab blends AI, real-time data, and human intuition in everyday roasting workflows. He’ll demonstrate how the ROEST sample roaster is used for profile selection and development, highlight the key visual and analytical indicators he monitors throughout the roast, and walk through cupping and quality assessment methods that turn data into better flavor decisions.
The session will conclude with a live Q&A, giving you the opportunity to dive deeper into AI-assisted roasting, consistency, and innovation.
