About Fuglen Coffee Roasters Oslo
Coffee by day, cocktails by night, Fuglen (“The Bird”) first opened as a coffee and tea shop back in1963 and they’ve kept the original vintage style ever since. Focusing on specialty coffee and signature cocktails made with local ingredients, they opened their first coffee and cocktail bar in Tokyo in 2012. Six years later, they founded their own coffee roastery based on direct trade principles. With locations in Oslo and Tokyo roasting lightly, in the Nordic style, to showcase the vast difference of flavours that the world of coffee has to offer. In addition to the two roasteries, Fuglen now operates 2 coffee bars in Oslo, 6 coffee bars in Japan, and in 2024 opened for the first time in both Seoul and Jakarta.
