Miloš is the co-founder of Melö Coffee Roasters, a Belgrade-based micro roastery focused on carefully sourced, light-roasted specialty coffee.

With a background in engineering leadership, product development, and building high-performing teams, Miloš brings a thoughtful, systematic approach to coffee - from sourcing and roasting to customer experience. 

About Melö

Melö is a roastery born out of a great love for coffee.
Inspired by the vibrant Scandinavian coffee culture and disappointed by the limited selection available in Belgrade circa 2020, we decided to start our own adventure. Driven by great passion, we started roasting exciting types of coffee in small batches, sharing them with friends. Without market ambitions, our desire was simple: to enjoy the variety and richness of taste. After numerous experiments and positive comments we received, we realized that we have something unique. Guided by that discovery, we founded a roastery to share our passion for coffee with the whole of Serbia.
