Put your sample roasting skills to the test with the First Crack: sample roasting competition, in collaboration with ROEST, Cata Export, and Nestor Lasso!
To celebrate a new Colombian partnership Cata Export is launching its new range of coffees, CATA x NESTOR, we are giving you the opportunity to win 24kg of fresh and juicy natural Yellow Papayo, processed by Nestor himself exclusively for Cata Export.
How? Sign up and book your free 30-minute slot on the ROEST L100 Ultra on the ROEST booth at WOC Geneva. We'll give you 200g of green coffee, and Jozsef, ROEST Roasting Specialist, will assist you in finding the best roast to highlight vibrant notes of sweet mango, lime, white chocolate, and raspberry.
Sample roasting will take place on the ROEST booth #1663 on Thursday, June 26, and Friday, June 27, 2025. Roasting slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
On Saturday, June 28th at 11am, ROEST Cata Export, and Nestor Lasso will all blind cup all the roasts, and whoever gets picked by the majority of the jury will be the happy winner!
